Dear Sir/Madam,
3 years ago from your Putney /London branch I purchased a CBoardman MX race bike with 3 year care plan. Last year I left it in the shop for annual check up. they forgot to check the brakes issue I raised, finally when the breaks totally jammed after sometime I took it back to the shop for fixing during which they lost the front wheel valve cap.
This year on the 16th September/LAST WEEK I took back to again to same Putney branch for annual check up, they identified that only the chain to be replaced c£24 and estimated collection date is 17th September. One week passed and I called them up today no one picked up the phone and my bike is still in the shop.
Could you explain what is happening ? I believe late service is bad service.
I need my bike ...Thanks for your help in advance.
