purchased a new inner tube and had it fitted at gateshead team valley store and every threedays had to pump it up took it back today and asked if they would have a look for the problem .onreturn to store was told it was a fault on valve but they had put a new tube in free of charge but was then informed it would cost me for labour .as it was not our fault i cant understand why i was charged could you please explain
