We went to Halfords in Bletchley having bought windscreen wipers on line which didn’t fit - although the in store system said they would. Alan, who I think was the manager, was absolutely brilliant. Not only did he work really hard to establish what we really needed and then fit them for us, but he was running the whole store with 2 fairly new members of staff. They were working really hard to support the customers and Alan was co-ordinating the whole store and supporting them. He is an absolutely legend and needs a huge amount of recognition from senior management. The new wipers are also fab!
