Harford chiswick store, two counter staff were working around 4pm 6/6/2016
one is a woman, who finished serving previous customer, then keep neglecting me the first one in the queue, she was pretending to be "busy", after a few more minutes until I was served by a male staff, she was immediately available to serve the next customer.
I am not sure what was happening to her, but the way she behaved is very hard to understand.
I have to say the male staff was good and helpful.
It's bad experience because this female staff.
