I had a start/ stop battery fitted by Halfords a year ago, however the battery is dead. I was told by Halfords staff that I have to get the battery to the local shop to be checked out as they do not offer a mobile service. These batteries are complicated to change and was told to use YouTube as a guide. Terrible service. I left a review on google and a reply was given to contact Halfords to resolve this. This has not achieved anything as we were continually fobbed off.
