Ordered a mobile tyre change on Sunday morning and arranged and booked a time slot for Monday morning 10-12 am.
I got a confirmation but on Monday I had to call in to receive the message that there need to cancel the booking and rebook for Tuesday.
If I would not call myself I would end up waiting hours. Now I lost 2 days off work just because there could not inform me early that there can’t do even a simple mobile tyre change.
