I've just had the unfortunate experience of trying to buy a product listed as an online exclusive, through their website.
The chat bot disconnected 2x times. On the 3rd try I got a CSR babe Chantarjeet. I gave him the details he told me me to clear my cache & data "can I help you with anything else today?"
I did this without disconnecting the chat & it didn't work.
It took 5 minutes between Reply of each message.
He finally checked the stock & supposedly not available, eventhough the site says it is.
Over 30 minutes wasted.
Useless from start to finish!
