Visited Halfords in Cambridge today to buy a Torx socket to adjust the rear door latches on my Sprinter van. I was assisted by Louise who couldn't have been more helpful, she came out to the van with me to make sure I didn't buy the wrong size. It was a VERY pleasant experience in customer service, far superior to what I have been subjected to at other branches. Well done Louise, a credit to the store, keep up the good work.
