I took my car to Halfords for a diagnostic to fix the engine light issue. After assessing the problem, they assured me they could fix it, and I paid £865 for the repairs.
Despite three attempts on three different days, they failed to resolve the issue, and my car still has the same problem. Yet, they have refused to refund my money.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise only using Halfords for basic services like tyre and wiper replacements. Anything more complex might leave you disappointed.
