I purchased a nextbase 512 g dash cam for my husbands xmas in November when he looked at it at xmas realised it was not what he thought it was ,took it back into the Dumfries branch as it cost £179.00 wasn't sure if they would refund.The two ladies who served me are an asset to your company their customer service was excellent there names were Amanda and Shirley I will certainly recommend this store for there customer relations in this day& age it is a rarity for staff to be so understanding & helpful thanks again ladies first class
