Bolts on bicycle not tight enough, caused handlebars to come loose going down steps.
Is only ever 2 or 3 members of staff working so you're standing around waiting for ages. I once waited about 20 minutes in store before any staff were a able to help. Their bikes suck to be honest, old low end budget parts from 2000 era with pogostick suntour forks.
Also you cannot post negative reviews on their site they won't publish them.
