I called into the Telford branch with the possibility of purchasing a Boardman MTB, I was met by Rich who was extremely helpful, spending time going through the 2 bikes i interested in without any pressure to buy.. I left a very happy customer, Rich gave me his mobile no to text him informing of the time i was collecting the bike and it would be ready at whatever time I wanted to collect it, on arrival he took time to make sure the fit was perfect. Rich goes above and beyond the call of duty and is a credit to Halfords. I will definitely recommend Halfords to others
