Bought a next base dash cam in Dover store admittedly 2 years ago, went there on Saturday for help as the windscreen holder was broken and was told they don't make that one anymore and was asked if I wanted a new dash cam if not to look on amazon for the part. We do not buy anything online. Went home and decided to try Halfords in Folkestone so rang and was promptly told to come to that store and they would sort it out. What a difference the welcome we got was first class the chap on the front desk was even smiling asked what we wanted and said the chap we'd spoken to in the phone was outside but willing to talk to us if we went out which we did and knew exactly what we wanted went into the store and found the item. Got back home a journey of some 6 miles and coffee was still hot enough to drink. WELL DONE FOLKESTONE STORE AND STAFF. Guess we'll be taking all our car and bike business there in future.
