To cut a long story short there was a bike I wanted and tried to reserve but was out of stock from your Beckton store. Sherman contacted me and happily offered to collect this item himself from your Romford store and bring it to the Beckton store. This meant so much to me as it is a birthday gift I had been looking at getting for my daughter for a few weeks now. To me this is what great customer service is.
