My grandson produced a Christmas list last Sunday and included in it a bike. We always by bikes from Halfords so the search began (with 3weeks to go!)
I have to say that the service I received from staff in Durham, particularly David, Washington and North Shields branches and customer services on the phone was nothing short of superb.
They found the preferred bike and are busy building it.
It would have been easy for them to say there are none available (it is a popular bike and size), but they persevered and found one in North Shields.
Well done Halfords.
