I brought a pro scooter and one years E-Scooter care for 649 on the 29/06 @ (Brixton) Halfords and told to collect it today 02/07. Spoke with their customer team before setting-out and it was confirmed my order was ready for collection, Only to be told (upon arrival) that it wasn't in stock. The manager (Jabed) had no remorse Nor tried to resolve or compensate for the mishap, Myself and my son was very upset @ the lack of customer care and won't ever buy from Halfords again!
