Phoned the Eastbourne branch and spoke to Gerry by phone explaining I had a problem with my car battery and was reluctant to turn the engine off until I knew what was wrong. I thought it was the Earth Strap as a nut had sheared off. He met me outside with a new Strap and asked his colleague to perform a battery check. It needed a new battery too, (the old one kept discharging), which they were able to supply a AND fit. I was back on the road within a few minutes.
