The whole experience was first class from start to finish and literally 3-4 weeks after walking into the Botley showroom our Hot Tub was sorted and installed. We found all the info/help from Rob in sales at the start key to making the right choices of product/care etc for us and the quality of the Relay Tub really is fantastic and great value for money. The installation Team - Harry & Krum arrived on time and worked really hard in ensuring everything went smoothly and we we were 100% happy - which we are!!! If you are considering a hot tub would definitely recommend Happy Hot Tubs and a massive thanks again to their whole Team who do go the extra mile!
