This may be the longest most honest review you have ever read!...However it may well be the most honest one!..(I wish I had read this!)
We purchased our Flair from 'Keith' at Happy Hot Tubs in Ferring Wyevale garden centre now Highdown garden centre in March 2017!
I had always wanted a hot tub but also had fears of hygiene and maintenance/running costs.
We spoke to Keith several times before our purchase and felt assured after he came for a site visit. He was able to advise on location in garden of tub and also supply contacts of suitable/reputable electricians to enable tub installation.
We signed up for 'Lasting care' service plan and despite lapses in our own time keeping challenges (I.E when we are available) etc have always received excellent courtesy calls/reminders when services are due, these have always been done in a timely fashion to suit our needs! I am a fickle person! and have decided the tub needed to be sited in several different locations in my garden to suit my needs on no less than 3 occasions! Each time Happy Hot Tubs has accommodated my wishes and duly moved my Tub to each new location! (thank-you) with the added complication of it being housed under a marque!! (double thanks!)
Most recently we have been introduced to 'Lionel' at the garden centre and 'Katrina' what a welcome breathe of fresh air you are! Can't thank you both enough for all your time, courtesy, knowledge and consideration!
You are a credit and most welcome asset to the Happy Hot Tub team!
We look forward to many more Happy Hot Tub years....Especially if I get my way and upgrade to the swim/tub!!!
