We bought our hot tub after a visit to the Fareham store speaking to the very knowledgeable Chloe before we had even bought our house. As completion got near we spoke to Chloe again and she got us an excellent deal on the model we wanted and delivery was very flexible. The hot tub was delivered as promised to a temp spot but soon after we got it move for free to its permanent home. That was quite hard as it involves several steps but it was done with no fuss. The after care has been great we got advise from Chloe and we can now enjoy the new purchase without any worries. But we also know if we get stuck we can just visit the store or call they will do their best to help. We spent a very happy New Years Eve in the hot tub watchIng the fireworks along the coast. Amazing experience thank you Happy Hot Tub. Ps we think Chloe is amazing if you haven't already spotted that.
