I have an issue with a defective product and the return policy. I initially communicated with the local store where the item was purchased. A woman named Holly, identifying herself as a manager, hung up on my while I persisted for information regarding an exchange. A response I received from corporate stated "and exceptions outside of that timeframe are at the discretion of the store manager. While we cannot override those decisions at the corporate level...".
While I was satisfied with the quality of the product I purchased, despite the defect, I will no longer reward Harbor Freight with my dollars, as a result on the non-existent customer service.
