I recently purchased a pair of sticks for a trail race I had entered, the Hardmoors 15 there is a real hard section that involves a lot of climbing. It actually took me just over 40 min to run 3.5 km the poles really helped. I am a total novice but did feel they were a tremendous help. The delivery was excellent and they where beautifully wrapped, a lot of care and attention had gone into that, I would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.
