Our franchisee was very friendly and informative especially in initial stages of engagement. There were a few questions, queries that I had where I had to follow up after the initial contact as I had not heard back with an answer or solution. A couple of times I had to remind him of what the initial questions/query was.
The installers were lovely but in the second property that we re-carpeted and vinyled did not think to ask questions, in one of our rooms and they have laid the vinyl incorrectly. The cost of getting this fixed has now been passed back to us to remedy. A little commonsense and initiative would have been gone a very long way here and has left us in the lurch as we can not have this fixed anytime soon!
I love the flooring that has been laid in our house but was also slightly overcharged, I have had to query this twice now.
