Harrisons of North Shore talked a very good game and Rob was very professional in the sales period. They were honest and open about costs we could expect. However, it all falls apart when it comes to the fitting. The fitting was badly done - joins in the middle of rooms, creases everywhere (the website is not letting me upload the pictures). A whole section of carpet had to be completely ripped up and reinstalled. However, as they have our money already they lost interest in completing the job properly. 9 months later and many promises of fitters coming to sort it out and still not sorted. Will have to accept that we will have to get someone else in to fix it all. As Harrisons rely on third party fitters you are at their whim if it all goes wrong and Harrisons won't chase to complete the works. Use at your own risk.
