We are so happy with the service provided by Neil and Kirsty at Harrisons Bay of Plenty. We were deciding between them and a competitor to do hard flooring and carpet in our home and ultimately chose Harrisons due to the products they offered. From start to finish they made the process very easy. Everything was on time and exactly as promised. We are over the moon with the result! The contractors they used to lay the flooring (in our case, laminate and carpet) were on time, professional, and very efficient. We had one small issue with baseboard undercutting which they rectified within 24 hours and we are very happy with the solution. There was no pushback and they were eager to help.
