Very happy with the outcome of the new carpet in our house. Franchisee was fast and efficient and followed up after installation. The install guy worked like a machine and did a fantastic job in two days (about 100m2 of carpet). From confirmation of order to carpet install was about six weeks which was fine as the carpet had to be made for the job and it gave us plenty of time to finish a few odd jobs around the house in readiness. Install was on time, as in when they said it would be!
