The whole process from beginning to end was spot on. A prompt response to our inquiry was followed by a visit to our home with samples, for a thorough discussion about what we wanted and needed. Samples were left with us to see how they looked at different times of day and in different weather. We asked for more samples and they arrived promptly The carpet arrived on time, the laying went without a hitch, and the guys who did it were very professional and very cheerful - they were very efficient. The carpet looks and feels fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost - less than we'd imagined. All in all, the best customer service experience.
