The caret layers were less than average.They came back to repair a 4cm cut in the carpet. 2 lounge windows were left unlocked. The key was left in the front door- un locked.I received a call from Kelly whist I was in hospital with my 90 yr old Dad who is ver sick so was in no position to bargain and accepted offer of flyby points. I know Kelly tried very hard to get compensation as I ordered Carpet in Feb?The girls are amazing but the owner / manager needs to know when to cut his losses and respect the customer.my neighbour will now NOT use your company they are disgusted. thanks for this opportunity Kate Cameron 0211535579 .Many people at my work have heard about my experience...
