The whole process from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. Clive (the Napier franchise owner) was extremely helpful, patient and genuine. The installer (I think his name was Ryan) was quick and did a great job. When I had a query on something a few weeks later he popped over that same day late in the evening to answer my question. Fantastic service with fantastic people. We love our new carpet.
