I would not advise to use this shop as 'click & collect'. Not only they have opened my parcel, but also refused to give it to me even though I had all the necessary confirmations of the purchase. Very impolite - worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was relying on this parcel to be delivered for a certain date and missed a deadline due to this. Please avoid this shop as a delivery option.
