“I have come a long way to collect 2 parcels but they could not find them as there were too many. Was asked to come back at 6pm so they can find it first. So disappointed coming from far and not being able to collect something that was already due to be collected anyway! So much of a hassle!!!”
“I would not advise to use this shop as 'click & collect'. Not only they have opened my parcel, but also refused to give it to me even though I had all the necessary confirmations of the purchase. Very impolite - worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was relying on this parcel to be delivered for a certain date and missed a deadline due to this. Please avoid this shop as a delivery option.”
