From beginning to end, this has been an effortless experience. The staff made contact before the appointment to confirm that I was ready, and their personalities and nature were really friendly. The staff they are great and the parking facility at the rear of the building was easy. This is a very well run operation that takes into account people like me who are not very fond of any medical procedures.
