It's becoming increasingly difficult to find 'skilled human beings' rather than chatbots at the end of support lines, but I've been with this company for over 25 years now and their tech support has, without fail been first rate and courteous.
I've never felt the need to seek alternative hosting solutions and heartily recommend this company.
