Taken money out of my account for something I don’t want like or won’t be able to receive. Ive used hello fresh in the past and had no issues this was a few years ago. I’m disabled and had thought I cancelled my order with them and in the past they happily refunded me fully and did not send the food I don’t want. Fast forward to now I had thought I cancelled again and have let them know in plenty of time I don’t was the delivery as I don’t like the food and won’t be in but they only offered to refund £10. When I questioned why they refunded last time fully which was a few years ago they said they make one time exceptions so I questioned as this was a new account why they will not do it this time which they had no answer too. I requested to speak to a manager and they said ok they will call you but now they can not give me a £10 refund. Now I am not able to pay my electric bill and I’m disabled and can not eat the food they are sending which I don’t want. The person I spoke to was called Marlo and he was very unhelpful and wouldn’t explain why they let me have a refund years ago but now won’t, they can’t have one policy for one time and something different the next. Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!!
