Hello Fresh use a delivery service that do not deliver to my door, they left my parcel near the Amazon lockers and it disappeared within minutes. Upon contacting Hello Fresh about this they offered a credit note, no offer of compensation as we now have no food for the week and no explanation of how they will stop this happening again. Other meal delivery services have access to the amazon boxes so our meals are safe if they can't get them to our door. Hello Fresh cheap out on who they use to deliver their food, imagine what other corners they are cutting.
