I previously used DoneADHD and they were garbage in every aspect- nonresponsive providers, overly simplistic website that was not comprehensive and not easily navigated, and 2x+ as much money, so that was dumb especially with all the advertisement they do. Que me finding Klarity, everything is the exact opposite. I really appreciate the smoothness of the entire experience from the first time I entered the website and used the chat. The portal is easy to use and I appreciate that you don't always have to log in you can just enter the code from the email to fill out whatever form. The quality of care is great, and my provider is nice, understanding, timely, and responsive.
