“Words cannot describe the appreciation I have towards Amethyst Maxey and her downright professionalism. Without her I don't know where I would be today she was such a huge help and made such a huge impact on my day-to-day life and my personal lives my relationships my job everything has gotten so much better since seeing her. She is incredibly professional, polite, understanding and empathetic. I believe she truly has a passion for helping people and it shows. This woman deserves a raise she's gone above and beyond to help me and I believe she needs to be recognized by her employer for this she is one of a kind and I hope she will be my prescribing doctor forever she is just great thank you so much again”

“Charles Wade is so professional. You can tell he is very caring and compassionate about really trying to help his patients. He actually listens to you and goes by that information to find the best help for you. He knows what he is doing. I have been dealing with things for over 5 years. Just by listening to me and asking the right questions he was able to find a combination that was effective right away. His knowledge is amazing!”

“Randy Kauk is an awesome provider who takes the time to explain treatment decisions, is very down to earth and above all, speaks to me, not at me or down to me. Her down to earth demeanor is disarming; and this comes from someone who basically lost all faith in the Healthcare system especially regarding psychiatry. Furthermore she is in a class of her own when it comes to communication and assistance after the appointment. When the pharmacy didn't receive an order for one of my medications, I messaged her after business hours and she had responded by the time they opened the next morning. This is unfortunately not common, especially in telemedicine. If you are considering trying video visits for your psychiatric treatment, and want to be treated respectfully by a provider you can count on, you absolutely want to book with Randy Kauk.”

“Dr. Hill is fantastic. Some people may be weary of telehealth services, but I am happy I took the chance and was able to find such a good provider in Dr. Hill. She is the oppposite of what you would get in most doctors offices…in a great way. She is a very caring and compassionate person, and takes her time to ask you question so that she can really understand what’s going on. On top of that she is very knowledgeable, and is patient focused and solution oriented. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of, and I’m grateful to have found a doctor that I can trust and talk to without the feeling of a doctor trying to rush you out of their office.”

On more than one occassion, he has caught things that my previous providers have not. His rich background in hospital medicine and primary care make him an experienced, well-rounded, knowledgable, and thorough healthcare provider. I appreciate Charles' compassion, and that he listens to my concerns. In an appointment with him, he will lay out a plan of care and promptly put it into action. You don't want just any telehealth provider, you want Charles Wade, FNP-BC.”
