I have been pleasantly surprised by Klarity and, frankly, the service has exceeded my expectations. I am new to telehealth services (this is actually my very first online health consultation of any kind) and the folks at this company have made it very easy, convenient, and above all, comfortable. Making an account and setting up an appointment for a consultation was quite painless. Also, I realized in contacting Klarity that I'd had a stigma associated with ADHD in my mind, for whatever reason, and talking about my situation was something that I was somewhat apprehensive about. However, Kate Graen, my provider, allowed me to talk through my situation, she listened attentively and was respectful, kind, and professional in her responses. This put me at ease. At the end of our conversation, I felt confident that Kate, and the folks in general at this company, have my back and should I have questions or issues, they'd genuinely want to help. I also was surprised to receive a phone call from the service a day prior to my consultation, just to sort of check in, and establish a channel of communication and to let me know that I am encouraged to contact them whenever, and with whatever questions. I really appreciated that too. I really did not know what to expect from this as, again, it is my first telehealth experience, but I cant say enough positive things. I feel confident that Kate wants to help, and so too does the company... and all of this at a very fair price, in my opinion.
