I just transitioned over to klarity from another platform. I did not feel supported at this other provider because I had been 15 minutes late to an appointment after getting my appointment time wrong and I was completely left abandoned to run out of my meds. I found klarity and not only have I consistently heard back immediately from the support team but I also feel genuinely cared about by the provider. Having a good connection with my doctor is so important and I feel understood. On this platform everyone is reachable, my doctor is genuine and I feel so much better.
