I have been to many Pysch docs and it can be very frustrating because they look at my history and rinse and repeat what I’ve always done which isn’t working for me anymore. I have been desperate for better help for almost a year and I finally found Shelly. She really listens and gives a lot of verbal feedback. I instantly had the feeling of “I’m going to be okay” after my first appointment with Shelly. Although I am really struggling, I truly believe I will find the right answer with Shelly. I’ve discontinued working with all my other doctors and I’m only going to stick with Shelly and my therapist. I’m so grateful for this provider and I’m confident I’m in the right hands.
