I have only used uber a couple of times. The last time i used them was on April 17, 2021. I ordered an Uber and it never came. I waited outside for 30 mins in the dark and then had to walk home in the dark. Not only was I charged once for no service provided but twice. Paypal reversed the two charges as I never received the service. I have not used them since and when i looked at the app those two charges are still there.. So i contacted Uber through the chat. After wasting 15 mins chatting with "Jam", he said he was getting customer service to email me, and he abruptly ended the conversation without even saying goodbye. That aside, I still have not received an email. If this is the customer service that Uber provides, perhaps i will continue taking cabs. I am not sure why i was charged twice for no service.. and it isn't about the money. It's about the principle. I don't have a problem sharing this on google reviews either. I am in customer service and this is a complete lack of it.
