Ubers' Customer support is horrible. I have been an outstanding driver for Uber since 2016 and I am appalled by the customer care for this company. I cannot even begin to explain how many times I had to go through multiple agents to help me with an issue. One time, one of them couldn't update my vehicle properly, wasting a WHOLE day of earning a living. I am a full-time driver and I take it seriously. In recent events, I am aware of the recording laws in my state and I was just trying to update the information about my dash camera. I had to go through 3 agents because not one of them had the decency to tell me that I was able to go into my settings and update it. All of them literally told me to contact the manufacturer of my dashcam when I stated clearly that I am trying to edit my information to the uber app. I even went as far as showing them a screenshot of what it says on Uber's site about video recording and registering the camera, and still, I had no proper compliance. The majority of the agents have no clue what the guidance rules are for uber nor understand proper English. Please do something about this
