Uber trans it's customers with utter contempt, there is Zero human contact available when things go wrong and they just don't care because it saves them money, please fight back people and stop using them. Uber support in non-existent they totally do not get the importance of second line support and I'm convinced their business is going to suffer as a consequence. I really hope they suffer as a company because of their utterly dire customer support, they treat us like robots, there is zero human support available and it is done to save money for their pathetic business model. Let's kill Uber they don't deserve success when they treat their customers this way, they are utterly useless. I work in digital IT and anyone who has any idea about digital IT understands that second line support is vital, without it your business is likely to suffer in the long run. I don't see uber collapsing any time soon unfortunately because they have an undeniably good product but I REALLY hope they suffer for their profligate attitude towards human support. Ive been trying for 2 months to resolve payment issues, I have deleted the app multiple times and re-entered card details multiple times and I just cannot fix it.Their on-line help consists of hundreds of suggestions that don't work and they offer zero second-line support. So they have created an enemy, not only am I never going to use it, I'm now on a crusade to make sure that people understand the contempt they have for their customers.
