Uber support is the worst. They don’t listen like they claim they do when you make a complaint. Whenever you have an issue, they always take forever to resolve even when it simply comes to switches from Uber rides to Uber eats u have to wait days before they can switch you over. However if a customer makes a complaint they address the issue asap. They always seem to go by a script even there’s an exception or something that they could fix easily they would tell u it will take 24hrs. They are very slow and some don’t listen. What annoys me the most is after you explain the entire situation to them, they would give you an entire paragraph basically confirming what you had already explain time and time again which makes it even more frustrating. Then they want to put on hold for 2mins for every issue even the simplest question that requires a yes or no answer.even when you need to talk to a supervisor u have to wait 4 or 5 days before you can get in touch with him or her.
