TERRIBLE.
I have a horrible experience with a delivery driver. He was rude and couldn’t follow the delivery instructions and was angry at my when he found the address and threw my food at me when he delivered.
I tried to submit a report to Uber and I explained what happened. The first Bot response from Uber support wasn’t even relevant to my report. I then replied again and then they sent another bot response saying to contact the merchant? What is that going to do? Then I messaged AGAIN, and they responded with the exact same message…. I’ve now messaged them 5 times and they’ve come back with the same message every time. Why is there no humans dealing with these? This is absolutely horrible.
