Yesterday I was chatting with Florissa from Uber help I explained that I was charged $9.99 just for opening the app and filling out the form. I wasn’t told that I was creating a new account. I tried to cancel it in the app but it wouldn’t let me. So I tried online and when creating a password it just kept canceling. So finally I tried again and they accused me of being a bot.
