I was charged 60 euro for a trip that neither me or my daughter made ( we were even both sleeping at the time). It’s not on mine or hers history in the Uber app.
They repeated questions I had already answered in full and answered things that wasn’t even relevant then they closed the chat with “we can’t help you further”.
They completely and absolutely suck and I have deleted the app.
