The customer service reps were like robots responding with irrelevant answers and pretend not to understand the issue. They did not provide any relevant response when they charged my card for a ride that was more than a month old and which did not show up in my app as a ride that I took. The Uber support originally said the transaction was incorrectly charged to my card and have me talk to my financial institution.
Note that I am a business traveler and I use Uber very frequently and do not track every ride detail and depend on the app to provide me information on ride details and charges.
