I have used Uber since 2016. As of July, my app does not work for rides or delivery. I depended on Uber for my job and they let me down tremendously.
They are horrible! Uber does not have a support line to actually speak to a person. The help section does not have each issue for assistance. So, you get stuck in a loop.
Uber Eats, does have a number and you can talk to them. But, with anything complex they can't help. They push it off to a team that can't talk (they don't have a direct line) so they email you. Which still does not work.
After speaking to a manager for 40 minutes then I received an email that stated it was resolved. But, it wasn't. You can't even reply to emails.
I have called about 15 times and spent hours on the phone. Also, I reached out to managers on LinkedIn without a response.
I have had over 400 rides with them. Since, I can't get this issue resolved now I use Lyft, DoorDash, GrubHub and Instacart.
They lack customer service! I would not want to be a shareholder of the company. I don't think the future is very promising with them. Remember Kmart, Sears, and Grants…
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing, over and over, and expecting a different result.
I'm not sure why I keep trying to call Uber Eats to resolve my app issues. I'm going to have to let this go 🥲😞🥲
