Read for yourself what went wrong, and what is wrong with this company... I have never posted a review, but I am at my wit's end and want to go scream at Dara Khosrowshahi for the scam he is overseeing in the name of Customer Support. And if he is unaware of how awful Uber CS is then someone should englighten him... If only he could try requesting a resolution himself he'd want to scream at himself and probably fire those who've created and manage this monster. Read below...

Hi ordered two small Build Your Own chicken bowls from Imperfect where I often eat. The large bowl costs $13.95 and small costs $12.95 with chicken and eveything included and nothing else added to the bowl that costs extra. That's the pricing I was expecting. And there was an offer of buy 1 get 1 free or on Uber Eats so I was utterly confused to see my total as $33.96 after the $18.55 discount. And my credit card shows the total to be $43.27!!! This is just not possible -- even after you include all the service and Uber fees it is not possible for 2 small chicken bowls to come to that large a total and certainly not with the BOGO offer. Please help with this. Thanks.

That's ridiculous. I tried contacting that very night but I couldn't access chat. Then I couldn't the next day either. I finally found the time and it's working and I get 48 hours!

You repeating the same thing is not useful. This is not the first time I am experiencing this with Uber and I have had it. I am putting this entire chat on social media. This is ridiculous. I don't even think I am talking to a real person here.
